Living in Exponential Times
This video details what I believe all of us have been experiencing or suspecting for some time. The amount of unique careers, industries and knowledge are accelerating at speeds never imagined. What does it all mean and how can we as individuals and as a society profit from this? And not just monetarily, mind you, but spiritually and physically, as well. I would appreciate your comments.

What does all this mean is a juicy question in political, social, and economic contexts. The key is, as we say in Buddhism, the middle way - neither overestimating nor underestimating the power of infotech.
At the risk of oversimplifying and engaging in platitudes, one thing is to learn how to learn. You can’t predict what you will need to know in five years, or in two, but that you will have to learn SOMETHING is a safe bet. Not just for a job, but to get through life outside of your job–and that will only, as the video makes clear, accelerate.
