NOTACON Cometh!

My good friend Jim Eastman of Notacon is offering a free public preview of the show on April 16th @ 7pm. This event will take place at the Wyndham Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. Outside of meeting just perhaps some of the coolest people on the planet and the Founders of Notacon – you will also get a behind the scenes review of presenters as well as Jason Scott of textfiles.com fame who will provide a cool “insider” presentation at 9pm. Be there, my friends. Did I mention it was free? Big thanks to Jim Eastman who made this happen.

Cleveland Entrepreneur’s Club Meeting

The Entrepreneur’s Club of America (“TECA”) of Cleveland luncheons are fast becoming one of downtown’s best places to meet its sharpest minds and find its brightest ideas.  The food, drink and location are excellent. So join us on April 16th @ 11:30 a.m. See register link below.

Past events have featured myself as well as Sam Gerace, Founder of Inventix. Lunch includes the 5-Minute Fast Pitch. This month the 5 minute Fast Pitch is Joe Regallis who will share his latest creation, Flexhire, a niche recruiting system for the retail merchandising and secret shopping industry. Flexhire helps match available personnel to merchandising and secret shopping projects in their area. Joe is also a principal with DataStream Integration, which provides services in the area of retail systems integration.

The Speaker: “What’s it like to be a true serial entrepreneur?” by Bob Schepens, CEO of Drug Free Solutions, NEO, Inc., CEO and Founder of A Job Near You.com, and founder/ CEO at Champion Staffing. Great stuff, Cleveland. Hope you will join us.

A Vision of Change for Northeast Ohio

I had absolutely forgotten about this video I was a part of on behalf of Midtown Brews and I-Open. (I was doing an ego check on Google and Youtube and I found this….) Anyway, I remember being very ill the day we filmed this video. But I stand by everything I said here…good stuff. Get active people, Cleveland desperately needs you to get involved and change this beautiful city and region.

Tech Czar Does Schwag

I am not a merchandising whore. Really. But with the cool creative tools available at Zazzle (www.zazzle.com), I thought I just might jump into the game. I decided to start off with something easy and All-American - the crisp white-t. Let me know if this item moves you and other items you might like to see (or have) as marketing Schwag.
